Forest Gate is a thin strip of the A118 with Woodgrange Park on the shoulder. Two names. A lot of through buses.
Route notes
Same A118 as Manor Park and Ilford. Woodgrange Road is the pinch. If you can get off the main road into a side street, the job is ten minutes calmer. Woodgrange Park station is Overground, small, and easy to block by accident.
