Terms

The website is an introduction to City Tyre Rescue, operated by Vision Purple Ltd from Loughton, Essex. Booking is on the phone (020 4652 5959) or by email (info@citytyrerescue.co.uk). A page is not a contract. A price is the price we quote for that job, not a catalogue.

We fit, repair, recover and drain as described on the Work pages. We can refuse a job that is unsafe, that needs a different truck, or that is outside the ground we cover. We do not promise an arrival in minutes.

Payment is due as agreed on the call. Title in parts stays with us until you have paid. If we cannot complete because the vehicle was moved, the access was not what we were told, or the locking nut was a surprise, we can charge for the attendance.
