When it will not roll

If a wheel is destroyed, a locking nut has won, or the car has been left somewhere it cannot stay, that is a recovery, not a fitting.

We recover cars and the lighter vans. We do not pretend to be an HGV outfit. If you have a rigid that will not move, we will tell you rather than send the wrong truck.

Tell us whether it still rolls in a straight line. A free-rolling car is a different job from one that has to be winched onto the bed.
