Questions we actually get

Do you only work in Loughton?: No. The van is based in Loughton. Covered lists every district we will publish a page for. Far names on that list are a longer drive. We will not talk as if Colchester is Debden.
What do you need from me on the call?: The tyre size if you have it, what happened, and where the vehicle is sitting. A street, a car park, a junction marker. If the locking nut key is missing, say that before we set off.
Will you give me a time in minutes?: No. Traffic on the A12 is the traffic. We set off and we tell you when we are close. Anyone who quotes fourteen minutes from Loughton to Canvey has not done the road.
Can you do vans?: Yes, the usual light commercials. Dual fitment and load ratings are the job. If it is a rigid or an HGV, say so — that is not our truck.
Do you recover as well as fit?: Yes, when the vehicle will not roll or should not be driven. Cars and lighter vans. Motorbikes we recover rather than fit at the kerb as a default.
What if I put petrol in a diesel?: Do not start it. Ring us. If it has not run, it is a drain. If it has, tell us how far. We are not an engine builder.
Is there a counter I can walk up to?: No. There is no unit you visit. The van is the shop. Email if you want a price in writing before we move.
