Locking nuts

If you have the key, keep it out. If you have not, say so before we set off so we bring the removal kit rather than discovering it on the pavement.

Aftermarket locks, dealer locks, the cheap four-pack from a supermarket — they all turn up. Some come off clean. Some have been rounded off by the last person who was in a hurry.

This is often bolted onto a change or a repair, not a job on its own. Still worth mentioning on the call.
