Harlow town centre is The Harvey Centre, the station, Templefields, Mark Hall and Princess Alexandra Hospital. That is the original new town core, and it still behaves like one: roundabouts, underpasses, a hospital with a car park process.
Route notes
M11 J7, then the town spine. The hospital is a known job — say which car park. Templefields is industrial. The Harvey Centre is a shopping centre with a multi-storey. Harlow Town Station is the West Anglia main line; the car park is obvious. We do not sit in an underpass and call it a workshop.
