After the bang
Accident work. Alloys smashed, tyres off the rim, the car pointing the wrong way on a slip road.
If anyone is hurt, that is the police and an ambulance first. We are not that call.
If the car is sitting there with a wrecked corner and you need it moved or a wheel put on so it can crawl, that is us. We will not straighten a bent strut at the kerb and call it fixed.
Photos help. A smashed arch and a tyre at 45 degrees is obvious; a cracked wheel that still holds air sometimes is not.
