Sudbury is the Suffolk town on the Stour. Long Melford, Lavenham, Clare, Cavendish, Glemsford, Great Cornard, Acton, Bulmer — wool towns and a river. This is the far edge of what we cover, and it is not Essex even if the van started in Loughton.
Route notes
A12 then A131 / A134, or through Halstead. Sudbury has a one-way system and a meadow. Long Melford is a long high street, as advertised. Lavenham is a tourist pinch; do not try to occupy the market square. Clare is a castle and a country park. We will come. We will not pretend this is a Chelmsford job with a longer number. It is a different county and a different last mile.
