Chadwell Heath is the High Road that cannot decide if it is Romford or a London borough. Marks Gate and Little Heath sit off it. The A12 is never far.
Route notes
A12, off at Chadwell Heath, not through Ilford unless we were already there. High Road is buses and a central reservation people kerb. Marks Gate is the estate north of the A12 — say that, because 'Chadwell Heath' on its own will put us on the wrong side of a dual carriageway.
