RM15
South Ockendon and Aveley sit against the M25 with Belhus between them. Lakeside is next door in RM20. This is not Lakeside.
Route notes
M25 J30/31 or A13 then north. South Ockendon is a town that was planned; the roundabouts are the job. Aveley is older and tighter. Belhus is the estate and the park. If you meant the shopping centre, that is RM20 — say Lakeside, not Ockendon, or we will be in the wrong car park.
